YooPay is a secure online payment platform that enables customers to pay parking, valet, and other applicable service charges by scanning the QR code provided on the parking or valet ticket.
A payment confirmation will be generated upon successful completion of the transaction. Customers are advised to retain this confirmation until they exit the facility.
The QR code is unique to each parking or valet transaction and must not be copied, shared, or used for any unauthorized purpose.
ParkPoint reserves the right to verify any payment before permitting vehicle exit.
Customers experiencing payment difficulties should contact the parking hotline or the nearest ParkPoint representative for assistance.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification and ParkPoint's refund policy.
ParkPoint reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue YooPay services or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

YooPay serves as a payment platform only and does not alter the parking, valet, or other service terms applicable at the respective facility.
ParkPoint is not responsible for delays or failed transactions resulting from internet connectivity issues, mobile device malfunctions, payment gateway interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for verifying the payment amount before completing the transaction.
ParkPoint shall not be liable for duplicate payments resulting from multiple payment attempts made by the customer. Any verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the Company's refund procedure.
The availability of YooPay may be affected by scheduled maintenance or technical issues. ParkPoint will make every reasonable effort to restore the service as quickly as possible.
